Yes. On final payment the site and its source code are yours outright, with files, repository, domain and hosting accounts all in your name. There is no licence to renew and nothing stopping you from taking it to another developer. We do not hold your business hostage to keep you as a client.
Small text and image tweaks in the first two weeks after launch are on us, because that is part of delivering the job properly. After that you have two options: pay for changes as they come up, quoted before we start, or take the monthly support add-on and have them included.
Yes. We are based in Dubai, but the whole process runs over calls and messages, so where you are makes no difference to the work. Prices are quoted in US dollars, we can invoice international cards through Stripe, and we keep meetings within a window that suits your time zone. Being in Dubai just means we also know this market well, including Ziina payments and Arabic-ready layouts when you need them.
Ziina is easiest for UAE clients and what most people use locally. For everyone else we invoice through Stripe, which takes all major international cards. Bank transfer works either way. Payment is split 30% to start, 40% at draft approval and 30% on delivery, so you are never paying far ahead of the work.
An Info Site is usually about one week. A Multi-Page Site runs one to two weeks. A Full Site with payments takes two to three weeks, since the checkout has to be tested properly before it touches real money. The clock starts when the deposit lands and we have your content. The most common cause of delay is waiting on text and photos, so the sooner those arrive the sooner you launch.
We are deliberately small, and we intend to stay that way. Every project is handled hands-on by the people who write the code, with no layer of account managers between you and the work. It means we take on fewer projects at once, and it is the reason turnaround is fast and nothing gets lost in translation.
For $30 to $50 a month, depending on the size of the site: monthly updates, minor text and image edits, and uptime monitoring so we find out the site is down before you do. It is not a redesign or a new-feature retainer, and larger work gets quoted separately. It runs month to month and you can stop any time.
