Yes. On final payment the site and its source code are yours outright, with files, repository, domain and hosting accounts all in your name. There is no licence to renew and nothing stopping you from taking it to another developer. I do not hold your business hostage to keep you as a client.
Small text and image tweaks in the first two weeks after launch are on me, because that is part of delivering the job properly. After that you have two options: pay for changes as they come up, quoted before I start, or take the monthly support add-on and have them included.
Yes. I am based in Dubai, but the whole process runs over calls and messages, so where you are makes no difference to the work. Prices are quoted in US dollars, I can invoice international cards through Stripe, and I keep meetings within a window that suits your time zone. Being in Dubai just means I also know this market well, including Ziina payments and Arabic-ready layouts when you need them.
Ziina is easiest for UAE clients and what most people use locally. For everyone else I invoice through Stripe, which takes all major international cards. Bank transfer works either way. Payment is split 30% to start, 40% at draft approval and 30% on delivery, so you are never paying far ahead of the work.
An Info Site is usually about one week. A Multi-Page Site runs one to two weeks. A Full Site with payments takes two to three weeks, since the checkout has to be tested properly before it touches real money. The clock starts when the deposit lands and I have your content. The most common cause of delay is waiting on text and photos, so the sooner those arrive the sooner you launch.
For $30 to $50 a month, depending on the size of the site: monthly updates, minor text and image edits, and uptime monitoring so I find out the site is down before you do. It is not a redesign or a new-feature retainer, and larger work gets quoted separately. It runs month to month and you can stop any time.
AI integration is quoted separately from website builds, because no two are alike. An enquiry bot and a full ops automation are very different jobs. The consultation is free and ends with a written scope and a fixed price. Staff training is included in delivery, so your team can actually use what I build.
